Account Deletion
Request removal of your Sika Prime account and personal data.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your login credentials and profile information will be permanently removed.
- Loan application history and associated documents will be deleted or anonymised, except where we are legally required to retain records (e.g. completed loan agreements, transaction records).
- Investor account data will be removed after any outstanding balances are settled.
- Push notification registrations linked to your device will be removed.
- Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
Important: If you have an active loan, you must settle all outstanding balances
before your account can be deleted. Contact
support if you need assistance.
