Sika Prime is on a mission to make financial access a right, not a privilege — starting with Zambia's university students and small businesses.

Founded on purpose, built for inclusion Sika Prime was founded in 2023 with K500 and a clear mission: to extend financial access to university students and small business owners who have long been excluded from Zambia's formal lending sector. Recognising that a lack of credit history or collateral should never stand in the way of ambition, we set out to build a simple, transparent, and accessible lending platform designed around the real needs of our clients. What began as a modest seed has grown into a trusted financial partner — one that continues to be guided by the same founding conviction that every Zambian deserves a fair opportunity to access the finance they need to grow.
